This isn’t quite a black or white question but to put it simply, it’s a yes and a no. It totally depends on what state your in.
If you live in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT), it’s a yes but not on a federal level. Who knows why the ACT has such relaxed laws regarding cannabis in the state.
Some would say that it might have something to do with the politicians of the ACT not wanting their sons or daughters to be convicted of a cannabis crime but this isn’t a known fact.
